Class Plan: “Bodyweight Strength Workout”

There are many times that clients ask me for more strength based workouts. Whenever I do any strength workouts, I make sure to have a solid warm-up.

This class plan includes a warm-up for your entire body. Remember to remind your students to stay connected to breath & to move mindfully.

As with all my class plans, please substitute any of the exercises for ones that fit your client’s needs. You are not teaching moves. You are teaching BODIES!

The playlist I used for this class is a mix of songs that are all rad remixes of other songs. I just open the playlist & hit shuffle! I’ll turn up the volume when we move into the circuits & turn it down to explain alignment.
