This class is inspired by the idea:

When we can look back on our memories, without the emotional charge, we gain a great wisdom. We are able to live with more gratitude, to treasure our spirit and the spirits of others.

This class can be modified to be more advanced or more gentle. Teach your students, not the poses.

As always, please use the asana and affirmations as inspiration but, put your own flavor into your class. Teach what you know and Speak from your heart. I am here if you have any questions or comments.
