      • Classes are guided live on zoom September 8-12th from 8:30-9am PST, and combine breathwork, lymphatic drainage, mobility, and meditation to open your body and center your mind.

      What To Expect on This 5-Day Journey:

      Monday, Sept. 8th - DAY 1: Clear the Clutter

      We begin by clearing any physical and mental clutter that is weighing you down. We’ll open the body with breath, lymphatic drainage, and gentle joint mobility, making space for fresh energy to flow.

      Tuesday, Sept. 9th - DAY 2: Activate Your Inner Fire

      Building on Day 1, today we stimulate circulation and detox pathways to move the stagnation out of the body. Feel every cell in the body wake up with breath-driven movement, core activation and mindfulness.

      Wednesday, Sept. 10th - DAY 3: Stoke Your Inner Fire

      On Day 2, we turned it on. Now, on Day 3, we learn how to keep the fire burning in a way that allows us to soothe the mind and reset your nervous system. This includes gentle core work to  help melt away any residual stress, so clarity can emerge.

      Thursday, Sept. 11th - DAY 4: Nervous System Control

      Now that we understand how to tap into our inner fire, on Day 4 we focus on stabilizing breathwork and movement to help us better manage our nervous system. As the foundation of every function in the body, understanding how to balance the nervous system is key to overall health.

      Friday, Sept. 12th - DAY 5: Integrate

      On Day 5, we will seal in the transformation with clear intention and an energizing practice that blends breath, movement and meditation. You’ll leave with a clear mind, a revitalized body, and the tools to keep your reset going.
