CLASS MENU
Chair or Desk Yoga
This class is done with a chair, using seated and standing movements. Guided with yoga-inspired mindfulness of the breath, it will leave you feeling energized and relaxed.
Exercises are modified to fit the people who attend, all levels welcome.
Duration: 30-45 minutes
Attire: Business or Active
Mindful Flow
Yoga with more of a workout vibe. This vinyasa-style class sequences movements in a flow that will elevate your heart rate and warm your body. Includes exercises for strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility.
Modifications offered for beginners. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga
This slow-paced and gentle yoga class is designed to help you unwind and destress. Using simple exercises, guided with soft music and meditative words, you will enjoy feeling stretched and relaxed.

Express Stretch
Quick stretch session to keep your team focused and calm. This class targets muscle groups that often get fatigued during long periods of sitting or standing, like lower back, hips, wrists, shoulders, and legs.

Breath Meditation
How you are breathing affects how you feel in your body. By learning techniques to control your breathing, you can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and improve concentration.
This guided practice can be customized to fit your team’s needs and can be modified for all levels.

Mindfulness Meditation
A simple and restorative practice that promotes awareness and attention. Research shows that mindfulness practices can lower stress levels, combat depression and improve focus. This short guided meditation provides all these benefits.
Class can be done seated in a chair or on the floor. All levels are welcomed.

Visualization Meditation
This guided meditation practice uses imagery and visualization techniques to create a desired outcome. It can be customized to fit your team’s needs.

Breathwork 101
This quick workshop walks participants through how to use their breath to control heart rate, blood pressure and nervous system responses. Participants will practice 2 categories of breathing exercises; energizing and relaxing, so they can understand how to use their breath as a tool for well-being.
Duration: 20-60 minutes

Pilates
Proven to ease back pain and improve posture, Pilates is a full-body workout focusing on core strength and stability. This class uses simple exercises combined with mindful breathing to help you support your spine and feel stronger in your body.
Movements are done standing and lying on the floor. All levels are welcome.

Cardio & Strength
This workout class focuses on elevating the heart rate and challenging muscular endurance. It includes a warm-up, cardio, strength and core exercises, and a cool-down.
Exercises vary based on seasonal adjustments and student needs. All levels welcome.

Chair Strength Training
This class is perfect for anyone looking for a gentle and accessible approach to lifting weights and strength training. Class includes sitting and standing movements, using a chair, focusing on building muscle tone while improving coordination and balance.

Express HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This class uses bursts of low-impact, but intense movement to raise the heart rate, increase blood flow and work up a sweat! A quick and highly effective metabolic conditioning workout.

From traditional strength training to Yoga, from nutrition to sound healing, it is my mission to make the full range of wellness tools accessible for everyone.
In 2013, I made a transition from the corporate world to running my own health and fitness coaching business.

Today, as a Holistic Health and Fitness Coach, I help people reframe their relationship with movement and exercise - to one that better adapts to modern our lifestyle.
I utilize my training in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Strength & Conditioning, and Mindfulness to create customized, well thought-out plans that fit the unique needs of each client. I offer one-on-one coaching, group classes, online programs, workshops and retreats.
