All sessions are no more than 40 minutes and recorded so you can join live, or practice on your own schedule.

Hi, I’m Jessi!
Holistic health and fitness professional with over 13 years of experience in Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Massage Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
After experiencing many injuries and constantly struggling with back pain, I became passionate about teaching strength training in a way that supports joint health, core stability, and long-term wellness.
This program brings together everything I’ve learned about functional strength training, pain-management and holistic health.
There is no one-size-fits-all, but there are building blocks that we all can use to better understand what our body needs.

- 8-week at home workout program (from March 30th – May 22nd) geared towards building strength through progressive resistance training and mindfulness.
- Access to 4 live classes every week. Guided live on Zoom and recorded, so you have the option to attend live or watch the replay.
- Live class weekly schedule includes:
- MONDAYS 10:15AM PST YOGA + CORE
- TUESDAYS 4:15PM PST UPPER BODY STRENGTH
- THURSDAYS 4:15PM PST LOWER BODY STRENGTH
- FRIDAYS 10:15AM PST CARDIO + CORE
- A calendar and action plan of your workout schedule, accompanied by video links to dive into the trainings.
