  • Access to 6 live, virtual classes every week. These classes are guided live on Zoom and recorded so you have the option to attend live or watch the replay (available same day).

Weekly schedule includes:

    • TUESDAY-FRIDAY 8:30-9am PST – Rising Rituals
    • MONDAYS 5-6pm PST – Pilates Strength
    • WEDNESDAYS 5-6pm PST – Cardio & Strength
  • Weekly live coaching on Zoom – Mondays and Wednesdays 5-5:15pm. During foam rolling recovery time, you can ask any questions and get insight about the weekly physical, mental or spiritual theme.
  • A calendar and action plan of your workout schedule, accompanied by video links to dive into the trainings.
  • Community of Accountability – access to the Holistic Strength WhatsApp group where you’ll receive daily reminders, and be able to get questions answered in real time.
  • Weekly educational and inspirational emails with additional resources to keep you motivated. Examples include; breathing videos, exercise breakdowns, journaling prompts and more to help you follow through with your commitment.

Hi, I'm Jessi!

I’ve been injured A LOT. Which is why my coaching style focuses on strong foundations of mindfulness and core stability.

 

I combine techniques from Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Massage Therapy and Mindfulness to craft well thought-out training plans to help you feel strong and confident in your body.

 

For the past 12 years, I’ve been helping people of all ages and fitness levels reframe their relationship with movement. As a Holistic Fitness Trainer, I not only train people’s bodies, I also help them cultivate mindsets that enhance mental well being and encourage healthier habits.

 

My goal is to provide accessible health and fitness content and training in a welcoming space. I simplify how the body works to help you stay active and injury-free. 

 

There is no one-size-fits-all, but there are building blocks that we all can use to better understand what our body needs.
