Utilizing over 13 years of training in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Strength Training and Mindfulness,

I offer high-touch coaching and transformative retreats, that connect you with more good energy, more alignment, and more courage to show up authentically you.

As a fellow go-getter, my goal is to provide busy, burnt-out bodies tools that support balance and adaptability.
