The BreathCore Tune-up is a 4-week training program focused on breathing and core strength fundamentals to help you feel more balanced and stable in your body.

You’ll receive an email every Sunday (August 4th-30th) with links to your workouts for the week.

Each week will include:

  • Access to live workouts on Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm PST (via zoom)
  • Two 20-minute BreathCore videos (pre-recorded)
  • One 40-minute Yoga or Pilates workout class (pre-recorded)
  • One 10-15 minutes Recovery session (pre-recorded) 
  • BONUS breathing practices to help support your core strength journey.
