Healthy Chocolate Protein Brownie Recipe

Delicious high-protein treat! Non-dairy & Gluten-free

I love a simple, high-protein snack that I can prep & store in the refridgerator. And these chocolate brownies are perfect!

They are also non-dairy & gluten-free!

You can make them as chocolat-ey as you desire (just add more or less cacoa powder).

And you can include all your supplement powders like; collagen, maca, lion’s mane, ashwaganda, etc.

The trick is to keep the heat low & stir frequently.

Check out the recipe.

Healthy Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Coconut manna, click here
  • 1 cup Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 6-8 Dates, chopped
  • ½-1 cup of cacao powder

Optional add-ins:

  • Chia seeds
  • Collagen powder
  • Maca powder
  • Add honey or agave to make it sweeter (if you desire)

Directions:

In a saucepan, on low heat, mix coconut manna, nut butter and chopped dates.

Keep the heat low and stir frequently. Then, add in all your other powders or seeds. If mixture gets too clumpy, add a little bit of water.

Once everything is mixed well and it forms a nice dough. Add to a glass pyrex pan. You can lay the dough flat or roll into individual balls.

Cover and place in refrigerator. Eat after 30 minutes and/or over the course of a week.
