Oatmeal Protein Pancakes Recipe

I’m always looking for ways to get more protein into my diet. Especially for breakfast.

Which is why I love this Oatmeal Protein Pancake Recipe!

It’s very simple to make and you can customize it to satisfy your unique taste buds.

PLUS you can make extra and save them for later! These are great for food prep and/or grab-n-go snacks.


THE RECIPE ????????????????????????

 

Ingredientst:

  • 1 cup oat flour – grind oats to make oat flour
  • 2-3 eggs – more eggs = more fluff
  • 6 tbsp – ½ cup of plain yogurt – pick your favorite
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3-5 tbsp honey/agave/sweetener (of your choice)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • oil/ghee
  • Add extra protein by adding 1/2 cup of hemp seeds OR 1 scoop of protein powder

Instructions:

Grind oats.

Mix wet ingredients – egg, yogurt, vanilla and honey – together.

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients – oats, baking soda and protein powder.

Then, mix wet and dry ingredients together.

Preheat pan at medium-heat with oil/ghee.

Spoon pancake batter onto pan. When edges look bubbly or brown, flip pancake and cook other side.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
