How a Daily Yoga Practice turns into Manifestation Magic

Energy First, Results Second

Discover how a daily Kundalini yoga practice can enhance manifestation superpowers, through my 40-day journey with Subagh Kriya.

For the past 40 days, I’ve been showing up each morning—sometimes sleepy-eyed and in my pjs—but always committed, for a daily 15-minute practice known as Subagh Kriya. It’s a powerful Kundalini yoga kriya for prosperity, and I practiced it with a group of beautiful souls via Zoom. Every single day, we gathered, set our intentions, and did the exact same sequence of movements, breath, and mantra.

What began as a simple commitment to show up, turned into an absolute faith in my own energy.

Here’s what I learned.

…and am still learning.

The Way to Manifest Prosperity is Through Frequency

This daily practice reminded me that abundance isn’t something I need to find or chase—it’s something I need to tune in and open myself to

Prosperity is not frustrated or anxious. It doesn’t constantly need to seek approval or second guess. Prosperity feels like the opposite of that.

So the practice begins with tidying up your energy. Clear any clutter in your physical, mental and emotional spaces. So you can accept the energy of prosperity.

The Power of Daily Repetition & Practice

We become what we consistently repeat. Whether that’s a repeated thought that becomes a belief, or a repeated movement pattern that affects our physical posture.

Being more deliberate about what we choose to repeat, is truly the key to becoming more empowered creators of our lives.

There’s something incredibly magical about doing the same thing, with a very clear intention, every day, for 40 days. Especially when that thing is a potent combination of movement, breathwork, meditation and mantra.

Subagh Kriya is done seated on the floor or standing, and uses gentle arm movements, breathwork and mantra to clear energy blockages and align with the frequency of prosperity.

The repetition of the practice allowed me to get out of my head and go deeper. I didn’t have to “think” about what was next. My body just simply followed the cues of the music while my mind focused on becoming the frequency of my desire.

The discipline to not give up is sacred.

The Power of a Daily Devotion

Each day, in my mind, I pictured myself as a CEO. I thought about how it feels to be a CEO of my own holistic health and fitness business, how it feels to collab with other creators, how it feels to generate the kind of volume I’m looking to create with my business, and so on.

For 15-minutes, I’d breathe, my body would do these movements, my mouth would chant, whisper, or whistle the mantra, and I would focus my mind on the feeling of being a prosperous CEO of my own holistic health and fitness business.

Devoting myself to being what I desire and showing up everyday to worship my desire, created a sanctuary of trust within me that is now undeniable.

The Subagh Kryia became a hypnotic rewiring for my entire being, and I am feeling prosperity of energy, connection, ideas, and confidence within my whole body-mind-heart.

Practicing Yoga with a Community

We have to motivate ourselves to show up, but there is no way we can do it alone.

One of the most powerful parts of this journey was doing it with my Stella Luna community. The Zoom screen became a sacred space. Just knowing others were committed to walk this path with me created a deep sense of accountability and communion.

The energy of group practice can’t be underestimated, even over Zoom. All sharing the same rhythm amplifies the intention in an unexplainable way.

Integration is Essential to the Practice

While this practice is “done” for now, the best gifts are still unfolding.

In order to support the integration process, I’ve been allowing myself slow self-care mornings and introspective evenings. I’ve been calling old friends and telling people how much I appreciate them.

I’m really being conscious about being the frequency of prosperity – in all aspects of my life. And when I catch myself getting angry, anxious or overwhelmed, I stop, take a breath and re-center myself. I’m committed to being the energy of prosperity.

The 40-Day Benediction is what we called this practice, because the intention was to bless our lives with this manifestation magic.

And ah man did it work!

I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and for the people who joined me on the journey. Whether or not you’re drawn to Kundalini yoga, I highly recommend committing to something—a daily ritual, a breath practice, a mantra—that aligns you with your highest self.

If you’re curious on where to begin, let’s be friends, I can help.

Because when we show up for ourselves with intention and devotion—our desires have no choice but to meet us there.
