Dill Pasta Summer Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lb of Fusilli pasta or other short pasta, cooked & cooled

1 Orange Bell Pepper, chopped

½ Red Onion, chopped

1 cup of Broccoli, chopped

1-2 cups of grape tomatoes, halved

1 cup Spinach, chopped

Fresh dill, chopped
Optional:
-
Cheese, feta or parmesan
-
salami, chopped
-
Tofu
Dressing:
-
Coconut Yogurt (or any plain yogurt)
-
Pickle Juice
-
Dijon Mustard
-
Fresh dill
-
Dried parsley
-
Red chili flakes
-
Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Chop ingredients.
Make dressing.
